Job Responsible:
1. To support and maintenance of IT system server hardware, network device, communication tools and server room.
2. Keep the system in an operational state and audit the logs regularly.
3. Maintain network system including Windows Domain Server, Group Security Deployment, DNS Application and Window Service Patch Server.
4. Regularly back up all important data to ensure the integrity and security of system. Design a backup and restore strategy.
5. Maintain and monitor the status of devices (router, switch, firewall, VPNs). Review access logs regularly.
6. Provides day-to-day IT support to all employees.
7. Maintain all office equipment in working condition.
Job Requirenments:
1. Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and written).
2. At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
4. Able to work in shifts.
5. Willing to work oversea.
