Accounts Executive (Old Klang Road)

Position: Accounts Executive – Full Set 

Salary Range: RM 3,000 to RM 6,000

Location : Old Klang Road& Kuantan

Business Nature : China Mini Mart  (Non-Halal)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily sales key-in and collection
2. Stock closing audit
3. The closing of the accounts
4. Handling the full set account
5. Preparing the tax submission report
6. Ensuring the accounting records and system are in compliance with the Company’s policies and relevant accounting standards and regulations
7. Liaise with auditors, bankers, and related when required
8. Ability to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an advantage. 
3. Proficient in Mircosoft Word, Mircosoft Excel and accounting software.
4. Detail-oriented
5. Well-versed in Mandarin and English.
