Position : Administrative Assistant
Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000
Location : Sunwaymas Commercial Center, Petaling Jaya
Nature of Business : Wholesale of pharmaceutical & medical goods
Job Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for the entire office administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, phone calls and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval and storage of important documents.
- Coordinate and support internal group meetings and activities.
- Support management services and other administrative matters / projects which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements :-
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel & Word).
- Good conduct and sense of responsibility.
