Job Responsibilities:-
1. To assist the sales team with pre-sales installation.
2. Troubleshooting of system at site and office.
3. To assist customers with all technical issues.
4. Manage stock delivery and stock return.
Job Requirements:-
1. At least 1 – 2 years of professional experience in technical issue management.
2. Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Biomedical Science or equivalent.
