Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000
Location: Sunwaymas KL
Nature of Business: Medical Equipment Supplier
Job Responsible
1. Provide support and sales coordination to the sales team, including preparing quotations.
2. Manage order processing.
3. Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers, prepare and arrange commercial shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery note (DN) and delivery order (DO) etc.
4. Deal with the local transporters for tracking arrangements.
5. Liaise with production and store for outgoing deliveries to customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups and complaints.
Job Requirenments
1. At least 1-2 years of work experience in administrative or related field.
2. Minimum STPM or Diploma holder in any field.
3. Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST), English, Bahasa Malaysia
4. Aggressive, able to prioritize multiple tasks and good interpersonal skills.
