Job Responsible
1. Prepare action plans and sales itinerary to prioritize specific targets for assigned coverage and manage business for designated territories and key accounts.
2. Identify sales prospects, follow up with existing leads and other accounts as assigned. Establish rapport and keep in touch with existing and potential clients.
3. Oversee account services through quality check, follow up to identify and resolve clients’ issues.
4. Act as a point of contact for clients. Visit clients’ workplaces to assess their requirements.
5. Stay up to date with new features and product launches.
Job Requirenments
1. At least 1-2 years of key account management experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
2. Possess a Diploma in the field of Management / Commerce / Marketing or its equivalent.
3. Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST), English, Bahasa Malaysia
4. Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
