Customer Care Executive (Petaling Jaya)

Position : Customer Care Executive
Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
Location : Sunwaymas KL
Nature of Business: Medical Supplier

Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
2. Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and archive documents.
5. Handling administrative work, data entry, record keeping, support contracts and client surveys.
6. Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

1. Customer-centric, people-oriented, with team spirit and strong passion for maintaining good customer relationships.
2. Must possess good work attitude and ethics, be interested in learning new things and go extra mile.
3. Fresh graduates / Diploma holders can apply. Training will be provided.
4. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
