Position : Customer Care Executive
Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
Location : Sunwaymas KL
Nature of Business: Medical Supplier
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and archive documents.
- Handling administrative work, data entry, record keeping, support contracts and client surveys.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Customer-centric, people-oriented, with team spirit and strong passion for maintaining good customer relationships.
- Must possess good work attitude and ethics, be interested in learning new things and go extra mile.
- Fresh graduates / Diploma holders can apply. Training will be provided.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
