Salary: Starting RM 2,80

Job Responsibilities :

  1. To handling customer inquires & provide solutions to all customer related problems.
  2. Providing high quality of customer service via Live Chat support.
  3. To be constantly guided by company’s service standards.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  4. Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Requirements :

  1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  3. Able to read & write in Mandarin and English
  4. Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an added advantage but not essential.
  5. Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  6. Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
  7. Able to work in 24 Hours Rotational Shift (Rotational Off day. 5.5 / 6 days work per week, 8 hours per day)
