Human Resources Executive 人力资源员- IND

Job Description:
* Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of HR
* Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource function, which included recruitment, payroll, leave management, industrial relations, compensation
and benefits, staff travelling and expenses claim, and other HR related matters.
* Periodically check employees followed & understand company rules & regulations.
* Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment – KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN and other legislation.
* Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, yearly performance appraisal, annual increment
& bonus payout exercise.
* Ensure accurate employee files, maintain and update employees’ personal records.
* Administration of all corporate and employee benefits.
* Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary under the direction of the Management.

Job Requirement:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Mandarin
* At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, analytical, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Communication
* Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
