Admin Executive行政人员 – IND

Job Description:
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Taking minutes
* Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms
* General office management such as ordering stationary
* Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
* Arranging both internal and external events
* Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
* Providing administration support to HR Managers and Senior Management

Job Requirement:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/
* Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Mandarin
* At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Required Skill(s): time management, problem solving, communication, planning, multitasking, office management system and procedures, pressure handling
* Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
* Preferably Junior Executive specialized in secretarial, business management, human resources or equivalent.

*所需语言:英语,普通话
*此职位至少需要2年相关领域的工作经验。
*所需技能:时间管理,问题解决,沟通,计划,多任务处理,办公室管理系统和程序,压力处理
*作为角色首选流利的候选人需要候选人与讲普通话的客户打交道。
*初级行政人员最好是专门从事秘书,业务管理,人力资源或同等学历。
